Alright, so I understand that those who write on these websites are usually frustrated but I have seen a lot of apartments and never been so disgusted then with Brandemoor.

The biggest problem is safety. Yes the apartments come with alarms but how can you sleep when you know that this might be the day that you wake up and no longer have a car' I'm still paying for mine, I can't lose it.

Next is the office staff. They must have had minimal training because they can't seem to answer any questions. They know the truth but can't spin it to be the correct answer. They have to give all problems to their managers which are even worse. These ladies have years of experience of lying to their customers and omiting problems. They did have a few people that were honest and friendly but they are no longer with Avalon. I wonder why' I ran into one the other day and found out she is now an accountant making a lot more then what she was making with Avalon. She said she was much happier and glad to be gone. Isn't funny that even the employees are relieved to not be working here.

The maintenance is another problem. Yes they will respond in 24hours but that mean they will fix the problem. I had the maintenance call my apartment on more then one occasion to tell me they knew about my problem but were extremely busy and will not be able to come to my apartment for another day. I tried to get the garentee but was told that because I got a call they had responded. Yeah right.

The grounds are ok, clean but how hard is it to hire a grounds company to come out and mow the lawns. And in truth they aren't that good. The grass has issues and the bushes are misshaped.

Over all the apartments look nice but are made with terrible materials. Avalon cannot hold onto anyone that has a brain inside their heads. But again I have to stress the worsed part is safety. No one wants to live somewhere where they don't feel safe. Until they can do something to clean up the neighborhood I would avoid Avalon.

LOL how right you are they are lacking severaly in customer service. The grounds staff are the most pleasant dudes at that joint. Leaving soooon.
