I have been living in this apartment for over a year now and in that time have had my car broken into 4 times, one of my friend's cars had their window broken out, and I have had my car and two of my friend's cars towed for being in a permit spot after 8pm. There was no warning or anything...the first step in their problem resolution is to tow the car immediately. The only appropriate way to park is to have all your friends pay 20 bucks a month for a permit to park in these horribly unsafe lots, or have them drive to the front office, conveniently located on the other side of the complex from my apartment and pick up a pass EVERY TIME they decide to stop by. Aside from that, I have had little issue with this place, but the parking situation alone is enough to make this place nearly inhabitable.
