I can't get into to much detail for legal reasons but i had many items stolen from my apartment....beware...keep your eyes open...this neiborhood is not very safe,please post a comment if you have had anything stolen from your apartment so we can contact eachother.....The apartment itself is nice,but looks aren't everything piece of mind is alot more important,this place may be good for a couple young guys but not a good family place do to the safety issues...and possible loss of valued items....again if you had anything of value stolen do to neglect of avalon staff I would like to talk and compare stories to see if we can resolve this matter for future residents.
