We had two cars stolen in less than a year, multiple break-ins and then the "security" agency (what a joke!) towed another car. I even called the answering service and then "Whatcom Security" six times over two nights because of suspicious activity - they never showed up and we lost the second car. It should be called "Whatcom Valet Service" because they will call Ron May Towing and you can pick up your car there the next day for $300 !!

I completely agree, we had our car towed also. We called Ron May at 11pm on a Saturday night because someone was parked in our spot. They didn't show up until 3am because they had so many cars to tow from this complex!

They don't tow your car unless you park in someone else's space or without a parking pass. Don't complain about getting punished for not following the rules.
