This apartment complex is alright, but you're not going to get the most bang for your buck here. When we first moved in they rushed us through the move in process so that we could not adequately check for what was wrong with the apartment and record it. When we requested that they fix what was wrong they completely ignored us...3 months later after harrassing them they finally came and fixed about 2 things on a list of 10 things. I've given up on getting anything fixed and now I'm just looking for a new place to live! While my car has never gotten towed the tow truck is here every other day, and from what I understand they tow people even if they have a parking pass..they just want the money. Our apartment has been vandalized at least twice, and we constantly have people walking around door to door trying to sell you stuff and one that was scouting out the apartment to break into later that night (he was pretending to work for Comcast and wanted to check our wiring...we don't have Comcast! We called the cops, because the security wouldn't take care of it)While this isn't the worst place in the world to live it's also not the best...use this as a last resort. By the way you have to pay for parking on top of your rent.

You have one space included, which is normal in this area I have noticed. Just so everyone has a second opinion on the place, we have lived here 7 months and have never had any of the problems this person mentions. We have only had two people knock on our door and we have lived here for 7 months.
