First of all I think that the Avalon poses to be great and they offer you all these great dreams that it is a good place to be and it is not. When it comes down to something happening to your car they seem that it is not there fault and it must have been some kid vandalizing cars....
The parking problem...YES THERE IS A PARKING Problem!!!!!!!! even if you have a parking permit and you follow rules....there are tenants here that will vandalize your car if you are parked in a "Prime" spot.....
And if you ask the staff they will say "sorry that your car was vandalized you were parked in a PRIME spot"""""""
So if you have a permit follow the rules and then you will see what happens......""""""YOUR CAR IS NOT SAFE AND IS LIKELY TO BE VANDALIZED""""""
What will the staff do' SAY Sorry ....If you have any questions POST your Remarks and we will get back to you!!!!!!!!!!!
