We just recently moved to this community and so far it has been very good. The staff treats us every well and when I go in yes I go in every day to get a "free" parking pass they ask me how I am doing, is there anything we can help with. Or just to see how the weekend was. I am very happy with the way I was treated the first time I met the staff memember that help us find our home.
Granted our apartment was really ready for us to move in but it is minor things that can be fixed and have been noted on our move in check list which if people filled out is a legal document in which if damages are noted can't be charged for.

The parking hasn't been an issue as I am always able to find parking even if I go out for the evening with my boyfriend when we come home their is a spot there for us to park.

The apartments are not noise proof but any place you go you will hear the neighbors upstairs if you are on the bottom or middle only because some people don't realize they walk heavy or if they have kids they don't know any better either. We just got new neighbors upstairs and we can hear them walk but it isn't that bad. I work very early in the morning and when I get home at 2 in the afternoon I am able to take a nap which I don't wear earplugs for. The landscapers don't even start until 10am either so if your still sleeping that early in the morning might not want to stay up so late.

Over all this place has been good to us and so much better then the last apartment we were at. I would recommend you give it a try. People have their own ideas and views but you can't really go by it just by typed out words.

Its a nice review. However your tone with people who have an issue with the landscaping? Not cool. Not everyone works 8am-5pm. Granted the work can only be done during the day though :)I notice parking only seems to be an issue for people who have more than 2 cars or a lot of visitors. You knew this when you moved in but yet still have an issue with parking and the rent. If you don't like the cost of rent don't live there...

It's hard to sleep anytime at this place. At night it's the upstairs neighbors kid running laps of the apartment and their TV until 4am over my bedroom. During the day it's an apartment filled with 20 year olds two floors below blasting their stereo. Today they were tuning a motorcycle behind the building right under our windows. It's a lot like a trailer park without the trailers.
