I used to live at Avalon Brandemoor & have been had a apartment treat you so bad. The 1 reserved spot that you get & pay for in your rent had people parking next to it that can't park straight & I was told my the office staff their is nothing they can do, I can not tow them & I will not be able to park in my own spot, I will have to park somewhere else. Also when you move out, they charge you to clean the carpets, they charge you to paint, change the drip pans in the oven which is all not stated in the lease. Out of the deposit that was paid, I got $7.34 back which is a joke. I also lived on the 3rd floor so any of the 2 floors below me made a fire, I had to open my windows no matter what time of year it was to avoid being sick & all the office told me is that they would ask them not to build such hot fires. I do not recommed moving here.

The apartments are badly designed. You get constant noise from washers and dryers (at all hours of the night). The exhaust fans from the bathrooms can be heard loudly in the apartments above and below. The floors are poorly insulated so normal walking sounds like someone "jumping" from place to place above you. Get a top level apartment here or suffer the consequences.
