This place comes up with its own rules and bogus charges to get people to pay more.They are now trying to get people to pay more electricity fee's than due..they have no parking area's for tenants with 2 cars unless you get a parking pass and if you forget to get it during the week..they tow your car away.The staff in the office are uneducated and are very rude...not to mention no help...if you have an appliance break down..good luck on getting it fixed.They are charging Lower rents to new move in tenants for the same size apartments as the long time renters have.....Scamers indeed!

I did not have any of the problems described. I found that the maintenace guys were always quick and efficient. And yes, if you don't have a parking pass you get towed. Believe it or not, this is generally a good thing for residents as it prevents guests from taking up the permit spaces. Finally, I find at Avalon Brandemoor and in general that if you are polite and patient with the staff, then they are polite in return...

I agree with you I think a staff member wrote that..anyway I hope someone turns them in to the fair housing people and their books are audited,,times are hard these days and renters should not have to put up with this stuff!!!!
