I lived here about a year ago when the place was brand new.

The Townhouse style apartments are nice (I mean heck they were new) and provided a nice kitchen. Kinda hard to get bulky items moved in/out, but it could be worse. However beware, the parking sucks!! If you have more than 1 car, then there is a good chance you?re going to be screwed in finding a parking spot. Some units have a little bit of room in front of the garage and this will allow two cars with no issues. If not, your out of luck, because their is only a handful of "open" vistor spots and people like to park a car in them and leave it for days. Other people just park in front of their garage even when their is no spot/room for it and hang out in the street making it very unsafe and causing hazards.

Dogs are allowed here, but shouldn?t, because you?ll find piles of sh#t on every little piece of lawn (not much lawn, so you?ll notice it).

Staff was VERY nice though, and they were very friendly I thought. No complaint there.

Not being able to turn left in the complex from 164th sucks (going up the hill) - so eventually enough people will cause accidents flipping U-turns up the street to change this I?d guess.

Like I said, the place is nice, the rent was reasonable, just major parking problems, and small stuff. I?d consider it worth looking into if you work in that area.
