I'm on my third lease here. Very happy with it with exception to the same complaints others have mentioned:

a)people don't pick up their dog poop
b)parking is sometimes an issue
c)the no-left on 164th is a pain

My complaint I think is worth mentioning is that the tenants are getting younger and younger. When I first moved in, it was all young professionals that lived here. Now, I'm seeing lots of younger kids driving their tricked out import cars with the loud exhaust screaming in and out of the complex. Just the other day one kid came speeding around the corner, almost hit me and my dog, and ended up hitting a cat.

Also, mgmt isn't as responsive as they first were when we moved in (although it was a different company). If you have a discussion, they never seem to follow up on action items that were discussed - unless continually reminded.

Overall - I would recommend this community.
