The post made in 10/2002 makes me a little skeptical, it sounds more like a staff member of avalon trying to sell rather then a real tenant...I dont think most tenants would add details like that.



On to my review, have lived here for two years and will NOT be signing a new lease. The reasons' Well the rent is overpriced...one could be paying a mortgage with the price that Avalon charges for rent. The staff is friendly but unhelpful. They need to be reminded to take care of issues. Over and over again. The parking is an issue...a major one. The quality of tenants is too a younger crowd...college age. The rent isnt so high if you have 3 or so people spliting the rent. And what comes with that' Parties and noise. And the walls are thin, contrary to what they said when we moved in. If you happen to get loud neighbors, young or old...there is NOTHING you or the office can or will do. They tell you to send out the security car but it does no good.



The staff is nice but what good does that do if they dont take care of issues.





Would I recommend this place' Well no, if you mind lack of parking, high rent, having to turn around into the park and ride to enter the apartment (no left turn lane), and a staff that has a friendly face but nothing more.



And yes if you want a newer townhome to live in that does have a decent floorplan. SEk1KnECheF1ATXbXtrZ
