Avalon Wildwood is very over priced. I thought with the rent being as high as it is more effort in customer service and our concerns would be held with more weight.
Parking is a nighmare. If you have two cars make sure you park before 4pm or you won't have a spot overnight and might have to park at the park and ride accross the street.
It is difficult to get to the apartment because coming from the freeway, you can't turn left. You have to turn into the park and ride and go straight. But beware because its illigal to do that too. Make sure you don't have a pet also. In addition to the pet deposit, you have to pay $25 per month in addition to your rent to just have the pet there!($25 each month non refundable by the way)When we talked to tha manager, she recommended we talk to the Avalon office, which was explained as a "standard fee" like having a balcony.''' Even if your cat doesn't have claws. Whatever!' Becareful to not let your kids walk on the grass area. There is dog stuff there all the time.The waste basket they provide is always full. Overall, I would not recommend Avalon. The price is not worth it.
