I have lived in Avalon communities for almost 3 years. After living at Wildwood for 7 months, I had enough. The staff is worst of all. They don't take care of anything, are misleading, and lie. After moving out, they said I left the place a mess and charged me over $400 for cleaning and sent the bill to collections before they contacted me. When I contacted them, no one knew what I was talking about. And the manager never returned any of my calls. The noise is ridiculous and so was the parking. I would never live in another Avalon community. With time, staff gets worse and so do the complexs. They were not built well at all!!! BEWARE!! At their prices, they should treat you well and do as they promise, but they don't!
