I am a previous resident at Avalon Wildwood, and some of the comments regarding this community absolutely stunned me. First of all: No matter where you live, whatever apt. community you choose, it is still just an apartment. You must share it with 100 neighbors. Parking problems and pets will always be an issue. At least you have staff who will take the effort, and send the offenders a notice to try and resolve the problem(Remember, you can't just make someone move out overnight-there's a process that takes some time before an eviction can occur). As a current homeowner, I still have to deal with other owners that let their dogs use my yard as their bathroom. But now I have to confront them myself. What a concept!

As for the inconvenience of the non-existant left turn lane: I agree, it is a pain. However, I noticed it when I went to rent the apt, thought about it before I signed the lease, and decided it was something I could deal with. Maybe those who are/were thouroughly pissed off about this should have thought twice before signing their lease agreement.

I guess I'm just upset about all these people who are portraying this community in such a negative light to others. It is obvious that apt living is not their style, and that a 8 page lease agreement was too much for them to read.

I loved my "cedar" floorplan. Well worth the rent to have almost 1500 sq ft and all of the amenities. It was an end unit without neighbors above or below, and had a view of a preserved greenbelt. Did I mention my 2 car garge with an additional space in front of the garage' Plenty of parking for 2 people, and an occasional guest. I have never had a kitchen with so much storage space! The kitchen in my new house does't even compare =( The grounds are well maintained, and the staff would always greet me with a smile. Those who enjoy apt/community living, and understand it, will have no problems here.
