I was the first person in my townhome and loved it. Sure, there were parking problems, but I had a 2 car garage plus parking in front of my driveway. It was a slight inconvenience having to swap spaces with my husband to let him out, but I moved in knowing that I would. As far as I am concerned, why would you have problems with parking if most homes accommodate 2-3 vehicles' My family's experience with the staff has been delightful. I had a problem with my neighbors having extremely loud intimate sessions and I felt that they dealt with it professionally. I'm sure that my neighbors even know that I placed the complaint, but I never had any confrontations. Yes, I think that the crowd here has gotten to be a little younger but it seems as if you want this company to discriminate against prospects under 25. Hmmm...just as they told me, "we rent to everyone who qualifies under Avalonbay standards." Sounds fair to me.

I am now a homeowner and would most certainly refer any of my family or friends to this Avalon community.
