Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
We really enjoyed living here for the first year. But since our new neighbors have moved in, we've had nothing but problems. From excessive noise to blocking our garage.
We have called no less then ten times in the three months that they've been here and they're still here and still just as bad as ever.
It doesn't seem to matter how many times we address the issue nothing ever happens to solve the problem.
