I cant even begin to tell you how bad management is. First off, the townhouses are VERY nice inside and out, but dont let that fool you.

There is NO parking at any time, and the only time their security shows up is the time they're getting you towed for parking in a no-no zone while waiting for parking to open up. (the only other option is to park across the street where people breaking into your car is a given).

Mail boxes were broken into and mail was stolen on a few occations. Every single one of our cars was involved in a parking lot hit & run, on several occations. Pigeons are loud up in your attics, and were never taken care of... even after asking management several times. They wouldnt come fix a broken disposal.

Finally, they dont tell you this up front... but all of your deposit is covered in cleaning costs, and it wont even cover all their costs. There were no broken items, nothing was left dirty, etc etc... and we still had to pay them an additional $300 on top of them taking our deposit.

The place is a nightmare and I wouldnt suggest them to anyone. Ever. Period.
