Avalon Wildwood stinks

Avalon wildwood is overpriced and overpopulated. There are too many apartments close together and not enough space. It is a bad place to raise children. The only bonus is the pool and the sparse workout room. Freeport Bay in mukilteo is much less money and a lot nicer.
