My husband and I have called on our party crowd neighbors more than a dozen times in a month and a half, called security in the night time, had our garage blocked...it goes on. Yes the staff is very pleasent but accomplishes nothing, half the time during their scheduled business hours I can get no response by phone and the office is locked. This is all very frustrating when you figure out they lie about kicking people out because of noise complaints. They promised that if the person had 3 or more complaints in a month they would refuse their rent and be evicted...untrue. And we have no recourse with local police because unencorperated Lynnwood sherrifs are too busy for noise complaints. Only thing you can do..which I am is to know the laws, document your problems and get out of your lease...you do have rights. This place is a pack of lies and I am not paying $1100 for a dorm room in the middle of party central..good luck - PS - You have a 30 day out-of-lease clause but they told us that 3 days past, we now have consulted a lawyer.

"Yes the staff is very pleasent but accomplishes nothing" You have it EXACTLY right! They are pleasent but NEVER EVER follow through. Bet they would make us follow through paying the rent on time!
