This is our two bed two bath townhouse:


Funny how it?s so close to 525 and yet no traffic. It?s a bit tedious trying to find a way in, since the traffic light doesn?t allow you to turn left, but this is changing. Within a year, 164th will be 5 lanes with center turning lane. This is a relief. The management and staff are wonderful, exciting, and extremely helpful. Any issue that comes about is dealt with as if it was the most important thing on the list. The local tenants tend to stay to themselves. There are verandas and during the summer many bbq or have small get-togethers. (Which does require rental insurance...) The average age group seems to be 24-31. Not a lot of retiring folk but many diverse races and families. Lots of guys and bikes. The inside is roomy and the kitchens are big. Plenty of cupboard and cooking space. dishwasher; all electric appliances, microwave, self cleaning oven, that preheats in 6 min. The town homes are split level resting on top of your private garage. the living space is roomy, plenty of room for furniture. There is no separate dining area but plenty of room for a family table. The bedrooms and restrooms are upstairs. The master bed has it?s own bath and the other is in hallway between the bedrooms. The spare bedroom is great for kids or an office. The rent is based on view. Those next to 164th pay less then those that view the greenbelt. the two car garage is not for full size cars. The garage is slightly narrow and will not fit them both but there is an added parking space outside the garage. The buildings have their own alarms, and your choice to have them monitored. Either way safety and security is provided. the community building is available for tenant parties, after hrs...next to a pool and year round hot tub, both outdoors. exercise equipment is provided. Fly weights, treadmills, and TV. The also provide an office for business needs, computer, fax, internet all provided and available on a first come, first serve. But rarely ever busy. Very wonderful place. I love it. pets do have their own rent.

Must work in the office sounds like a sales pitch:) You forgot to mention the parking being ridiculous and maintenance never showing up to appointments! Oh yes..and how overpriced it is:)
