I've lived at Scandia for two years now, and I'll tell you, it's one of the better apartments I've ever lived in. The apartments were built in the 70's, but that means they have character. They have just done extensive remodeling on the units, and most of the two bedroom apts. are now equipped with w/d hookups and machines. I love my apartment, classified as a small one bedroom. The small one bedrooms are in the inside corners of the buildings, and give you windows facing two directions. The unit is not a box, but an L shape.
The whole place is beautifully maintained, with wonderful landscaping and handsome woodwork throughout the property. The employees there, the managers and asst. managers, are all very helpful. There are a lot of older people living here, some since the property was built. That makes it a quiet family oriented place.
Bottom line' I love it. I've loved the place since before I moved in, and after two years, I love it still.
