Great soundproofing between apartments and floors. Lots of storage and closet space. Very clean, well-kept units. Beautiful grounds with mature plants and huge trees and rhodies well taken care of. Many elderly residents, no facilities for children although there are a few living here. Very pet-friendly. The management is the Best and make you feel right at home! Grocery, bank, Post Office, drug store, gas station, video store, restruant/lounge and fast food all within 1/2 block with easy access to Hwy 99 and I-5. Downside is no W&D in one bedroom units (brand new machines in the laundry room though), no fireplace (they just waste wall space, anyway) and no innercom system for receiving guests (what Were they Thinking in 1970'!). Over-all, if you want a nice Quiet home, this is a great place to live!
