I had always wanted to move in here and have since regretted every day of my tenancy. With even the first walk through I was escorted by the manager smoking a cigarette throughout the enclosed hallways and then into my new apartment which reeked of old cigarettes. Same day of moving in I had to wash the windows, realizing that the sky wasn?t green when looking out them. The last tenant smoked so heavily in here that it took me a whole bottle of Windex, and two rolls of paper towels.
Slowly over the past 9 months, the manager that was once creepily nice has become a tyrant with a self-admitted Jekyll/Hyde personality disorder. If you ever have the pleasure of speaking with Randy, talk slow and don?t ask too many questions or he?ll hang up on you. He has a wife ?D? but I have only had the displeasure of talking with her on the phone; she seems to always be intoxicated, and has a harsh used up barmaid?s outlook on life. The assistant management has been a pleasure but I am questioning if they ever lived under power lines as children. I am happy to be moving as this place is starting to remind me of the movie PHYSCO? Or was it ALICE IN WONDERLAND'
You would not want to move in here unless you are over the age of 65, enjoy rusty water out of the sink and tub, can tolerate incompetent drug using management, and never have visitors as it seems they are not allowed. You must also like dog poop as it seems to always be in the hallway, accompanied by the smell of mold and mildew. It is poorly covered up by air deodorizers that are never maintained. If you have asthma or respiratory problems I would scratch this place and keep looking. But on the positive side they have plenty of parking. Probably due to the fact that they cannot keep this place filled with normal non drug-using tenants who can actually pay their rent and enjoy nice clean and safe place to live. Yes, rent is cheap, but as I have learned you get what you pay for. Don?t be fooled! Bring a friend or someone with you if you must see this circus for yourself, but just remember I told you so?

Hi there shouldakeptlooking. I found a small dog the other night and it was wearing a rabies tag. From what I've gathered so far I think this dog belongs to a resident of Scandia. I am at work right now so I haven't gone to the address yet. Your review sounds pretty bad and I am scared to return this little dog to the owner cause I have a feeling it was not being well-taken care of. The dog's hair is so matted in every inch that when I took it to the groomer all they can do is shave it. But on the other hand, I understand that most of the people who live in this apartment are old people and I can't just bear thinking of an old lady looking for her dog. My mom might be able to keep the dog but I certainly can't cause my own dog is very very jealous. I am torn.
