Roomy but older building

This is an older community in an old building. The pipes run constant rust and the smell of the elderly, animals and the unclean are a constant reminder of the lack of up keep. Plus the buildings claims to be non-smoking, yet many including the management do not maintain the rule, so the smell of smoke is every where and imposible to get rid of. Sound carries far, if you keep your windows open or hang out on the deck, everyone shares their company both the good and the bad visits. You may be ok with the space, for space, the floor plan and maybe even the price of rent might be enough of a draw.
