I have lived at Scandia/Avia for 5 years and let me tell you, the place was built in 1962, was shut down do to aspestice on the ceiling in the 70s, Man was shot in the head on the first floor hallway in the A building, two meth labs were recovered, drug dealing, linda lying and being a hoe, and rent being raised by the minute, When new management came in the old landlords thought they could still live there but they lied and tricked them, they wanted to stay there because there grandson died in that apartment and they were sad to go, not only that but one of the managers Tia was caught doing meth on the job and one of the maintance men is a peeping tom. I would not suggest moving here. DO NOT MOVE HERE youll be sorry

Boy, I wish I read this sooner. I would not have moved to this place. It is really bad. Very bad.
