the building is so old.. insulation is so bad, u can hear everything... i can hear people above me walking.. people below me can even hear people above me. management sucks... and i even got some of my stuff stotlen. who knows who took them

Where did your stuff get stolen from? Right out of your apartment? Were your doors locked or was there any sign of forced entry? Did you report it to the police?
