I lived at Avia and it is a death trap. I lived there for three years, and almost died from the toxins in the building. I had my apt. tested. It cost me $2000,00 for the results. If you have babies or an immune diffeciancy including (diabetes or recent operations - or kemo therapy - I wouldn't advise living there. These toxins do not go away without a total rebuild. If you are an elderly person it would not be wise either. If you start feeling bad move out.

I lived at Avia (then known as Scandia) for 3 years. I loved my huge deck but now that you mention it, 4 elderly people died in their apartments during that 3 years and I found out shortly before moving out, there had been 2 meth labs busted in the apartments (I don't know which ones) and a murder before I moved in. Of course none of this was mentioned.

Sounds to me like someone has nothing better to do in their sad life. I am refering to you jessiedewyer. Your grammer and your punctuation tells me you are sadly undereducated, and I am not even going to bother reading your response to this. I do have a few things to add though. I have spent almost five years in Disaster Restoration, training and managing crews dealing with mold remediation. I have a little news flash for you. We live in the NorthWest. Mold is everywhere. Now I am sure that you have spent some time on Google researching mold and the big scary word 'Black Mold' popped up in your vocabulary. Please do everyone a favor and get yourself a hobby. The 'facts' in your review just don't add up. Also, if you shelled out 200,000 for a simple mold test you might as well bought yourself a house and moved. Good Luck stepping outside... There's mold

NOT METH LABS EITHER. THEY WERE TOLD THAT THIS COULD HAVE BEEN THE ISSUES. BUT IT WAS THE MOLD ALL A LONG. IT IS A MUCH LARGER SCALE OF THINGS TO SAY THE WORD MOLD. AND IN EVERY DIRECTION...INCLUDING THE MEDICAL FIELD.
