This place is (ok) not the best. managers are cool! Morgan is very nice! the 2 anal sex companions in building A fight all the time, (bill & fat asian man with troubled young boy.they scream and yell almost every night. next to them is a drunk unemployed mexican that likes to come home blasted at 2am and bang pots and pans around. below him is another drunk unemployed indian that sounds like he is being raped in the ass. dude makes some odd sounds at night.other than that , the place is ok.just too much noise at night.

thankyou for your review,happy it didn't work out me moving in. I liked the kitchen and new bathroom but that was about it.didn't find the office staff @ that time to be nice I knew something wasn't right thier.So why don't you call the police?????

Your review sounds incredibly rascist... If someone is unemployed it's not your business as long as they're paying rent. Apartments are well known for having poor sound insulation, but that's what we get for living in them. I've lived in wonderful apartments that have horrible noise problems and I accept it because I'm choosing to live in an apartment!

OMG this is HILARIOUS because I used to live in building A not too long ago (but I will stay anonymous) and know EXACTLY who the indian man is. We lived beneath him and I've had to go through Morgan a few times to have him dealt with-- even as far as having the COPS called once. He would smash glass on the floor, scream and yell, threw trash over his balcony one night (a disgusting old pizza box and a piece to a vaccuum).... he's a pretty bad drunk. I liked the apartment though... we really took for granted how much space we had there since now we live in a smaller apartment... the only thing we didn't like was the huge gap underneath the front door and you could smell other peoples apartments or if the guy across from us was smoking weed. That kinda sucked. Oh yeah, and since we were a corner apartment we didn't get too much sunlight (when there WAS sunlight) and sometimes the lamps and other interior lighting didn't cut it as much. But we liked it overall and yes, morgan is super nice and once we were low on rent $$ and our situation so she gave us a grace period. She does a great job being as she's the main manager there.
