Not a pleasant complex, management screwed us

Years at this apartment: 1998 - 1998
I lived here in 1998 for 3 months on a summer lease. When we moved out, the landlord kept our deposit despite the very thorough cleaning job I did (no other landlord in 10 years has ever kept any portion of my deposit) just because they knew we were moving back to school (out of state).
Management (since changed') was unpleasant and the complex was loud with a lot of not well monitered children.
On the plus side, at the time they were one of the few complexes that would take big dogs and on a short lease at that.
