too much tension among the people

I think this property must have been built on an indian graveyard because of all the rage that exists here. One loud mouth yells at her dog at 3am to go to the bathroom while beating it on the head. It is difficult to find a night when the police are not called or couples are not arguing in the middle of the night. The apartments have were built with vinyl siding and have not been cleaned for several months probably years. The inside of the apartment was very clean when I moved in. The class of people this complex attracts is not consistant with the price range because it is a section 8 complex.
