I lived in this place for a few months. We were rented an apartment as "renovated", but the place was a dump! The only idea with renovation was to slap a coat of paint on everything! The appliances were old and broke down constantly! The lineolum in the kitchen was actually coming off the floor and was raised in the middle. The windows had mold growing everywhere which made me sick for months! The ceiling started leaking one day and flooded our entire living room. We called the emergency number but nobody answered. We left a message but no one ever returned our call! The ceiling continued to leak for about 1 week until the handyman, (managers son in law) came and drilled holes in it to drain the water. The problem with that is he drained it into my roomates antique vase! The management NEVER responded in a timely manner to any emergency requests (like the ceiling leaking, excessive mold, or the front door not locking) This place was hell on earth! On top of that, they kept our deposit, even though we cleaned excessively before we moved out. I am sure they just slapped a coat of paint over all the mold and rented our apartment to some other poor soul!
