I was a tenant here for eight years (1994-2002) After vacating the apartment I received a statement from the owners (a company called HSC Real Estate) that they were charging me for repainting, replacing the blinds, and replacing the worn vinyl in the bathroom. All of which are clearly normal wear and tear and not chargeable as stated in Washington state Landlord/Tenant law. Lawsuit pending.

I agree with sick,a scary place,no title, and an awful place to live with regards to maintenance in my opinion which I believe to be true and correct to the best of my knowledge. CHANGE IS NEEDED HERE AND IS LONG OVERDUE!!!!!!!!!!
