The maintenance Guy here his name is Gary and likes little girls and love looking through people windows, he still have excuses about doing his job, he argues with the residents and have no respect for management he also talks very bad about his company HSC he seem to hate is job and his company, he is getting paid to be a pervert and to watch girls and peak in windows, Live at this place not with youg girls

Gary has been here working for a long time and I keep complaining about hime and nobody is doing nothing, but Gary is a lazy dirt bag who likes to watch children he dont need to be in the postion where he has keys to apartments This company needs to make a change

As the manager of this community, I would extend my offer again to have this "Anonymous" author come forward to my office to express their concern. If it is a true and legitimate concern, they would have no problem doing that. Otherwise, I must beleive that the author is upset about some other issue and is using this forum to vent and call people names. While the original author is lacking professionalism, let me assure any person reading this review that my standards and professionalism are top notch, as is our parent company that is mentioned in the review. Again, any person commiting the allegations mentions would be investigated, terminated, and possible charged by the Prosecutor. As a parent myself, this type of behavior would never be tolerated at this or any of our communities.

The comment by the manager is very helpful in proving they will NOT tolerate such behavior. I am interested in this apartment community. Wondering if this manager is currently managing the community. Looks like this was written 12/2006?

boy was somebody misinformed somewhere! WOW!Do you just trust anything you read? Supposing some facts were missed and the behavior was overlooked and tolerated? Some managers and maintenance fraternize together as buddies and may lie.

I think Gary is not very helpful in the community... If you call the office and in the voice mail tells you his number I'll bet either his not gonna answer the phone or the number is been disconnected. As a tenant I really felt frustrated with this guy. I wish the management find a better guy to replace this kind of peple.
