I DONT HAVE AN ISSUE WITH LIVING HERE! I MOVED IN 3 MONTHS AGO AND EVERY THING IS FINE. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY ARE BIG FOR THE PRICE AND THE CHEAPEST AROUND, GRANTED THEY ARE NOT A RESORT OR ANY THING LIKE THAT. ALSO LOOK AT THE AREA THEY ARE IN. HIGHWAY 99 EXPLAINS IT ALL!

Thank you for the response and opinions. We are proud to offer some of the largest apartments for a very affordable price. Our location near Highway 99 has pros and cons, however, we feel that the pros outweigh the cons and that our on-site manager, maintenance supervisor, and Courtesy Patrol Service provides some of the most comfortable living conditions available.

I live on the same block of 44th ave W.... Love my apartment community. Hwy 99 really did not factor in my decision to rent in the area. My concerns were PRICE, SIZE of units and MOST IMPORTANT Management/Office Staff. I noticed B.S. Does not have a pool? Do they have a Cabana for residentual use?
