There were several response indicating concerns about the maintenance supervisor at our community. As a father myself, I can understand the concerns others would have reading those posts. However, I am completely confident that the allegations in those response are a result of previous residents that feel they were wronged by the management for their own actions. After reviewing the dates and conferring with past managers, it seems very likely that the responses are by persons who were undergoing legal action. Our companies beliefs and policies would result in swift and severe actions against any employee beleived to be guilty of these accusations. Our maintenance supervisor has a stellar record of over 6 years at this community and that would not at all be possible if his ethics or work performance were not up to our standards.

In reference to the the speed and effectiveness of our staff, we have embraced 21st century technology to initiate, track, and respond to maintenance requests and resident concerns. This electronic record keeping allows us to track each and every work order. Most recently, our email address has been advertised as a means of conatcting the manager virtually 24-hours-a-day with Blackberry Email Service.

Residents are our #1 priority at Bristol Square and I know you will find that to be the case should you decide to find out for yourself.
