work orders take forever; you often see the maintenance man walking his nervous looking dogs while he should be taking care of business. The place is soooo rundown, due to lack of proper upkeep. With the federal government funding, you would think they would be able to fix the molding outdoor walkways. He is frivilous with his time, spying on the neighborhood with his little camera. We pay money for his "services", but all we are recieving is damage in our units and on the premises. It is a shame that we have to put up with this lack of care and unprofessional way of maintaining the property. Other apartment maintenance people are seen with their toolbelts on, getting the job done (not worrying about people's personal affairs).
