I feel very, very UNSAFE living in this community.
I know for a fact many cars have been stolen or broken into in this complex. Four of them were my very own friends'. One was my nextdoor neighbor's.
Based on a few experiences, I'd also say I don't feel safe about some of the people around this community.
Parking: I'd say it's adequate although some areas are not well lit.
Ceilings were built too thin - feels like neighbors above you are having a basketball practice every night.
To me the only nice thing about this apartment is its location. It's centrally located in Lynnwood, surrounded by many shopping centers, restaurants, and the city college.
After all it's not worth it to sacrifice EVERYTHING only for the convenience of location.
