We lived in one of the townhouses at Cambridge Square for 1.5 years and I thought it was a great experience. Suzanne is incredibly friendly and welcomes new tenants with open arms. Maintenance requests were usually taken care of to complete satisfaction within 24 hours. Grounds are kept up pretty well, and our townhouse was in great condition! There is so much space!!! Storage closets are enormous and there are a ton of them (in fact, we have accumulated too much stuff just because there's so much room to keep it in here). Kitchen has a lot of cabinet space too. And the square footage you can get for the price is incomparable to anywhere else (just look around and try to find its equal). The only bad thing I could say is that the hike from the parking lot to your apt can be length, depending on where you're located, and the walls are thin. We have college students next door and we can hear almost every word they say and ALL their music when they pump it up on Friday nights. But when they're quiet, you can't hear a thing. Excellent apartment complex. Very well managed. Sad to be moving and only doing so to be closer to work. It was when we were searching for a new place that we really appreciated the value of Cambridge Square. Hard to find anywhere else AND have it be so affordable.
