As far as apartment living goes, Cambridge Square North is a great place to live.
The apartments are spacious with lots of storage. Parking has never been an issue for us. Maintainance requests are filled within a day and we often get a follow-up inquiry to make sure we are happy with the repairs.
There are the typical problems with apartments; the walls are thin and the flooring squeaks in places. The applicances are functional, but nothing special.
There is no security on the premises and due to the location, the complex gets a lot of pedestrian traffic. I've heard people complain about having stuff stolen. We don't keep valuables in our cars and keep the cars and apartment locked and we've never had a problem in the year we've lived here.
The grounds are nice, the pool well maintained and there is are grassy areas than most of the complexes we looked at.
Although there is room for improvement (I'd like to see on-site security), overall this is great place to live and I would recommend it. x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk
