Living at cambridge was a mostly enjoyable experience.
We had a two bedroom townhouse which was priced very well compared to the other apartments in the area, especially considering the space we had.
The walls are paper thin and I was often woken by my neighbors, but most apartments do have thin walls and hearing neighbors is unavoidable.
A few things did break easily, but they were not an issue. Whenever we needed something fixed the maintenace people were on the job and got it done quickly.
The office staff was generally very nice and helpful.
The location of the apartment is also wonderful. Within walking distance of fred myer, wherehouse, mcdonalds, 711 and the park 'n ride.
I saw very little crime when I lived in the apartment, and the neighbors were very plesant and always said "hello".
Parking is wonderful. No assigned spots but TONS of just regular parking. I never had a problem finding parking EVER!
We moved out due to the commute for our jobs, and we were looking to downsize a bit (because the apartments are so big!!!) but I would have liked to have stayed if I could have.
