A change in management earlier this year has really made a difference. People have been moving out in droves - garbage is a big problem (overflowing dumpsters) - juveniles loitering - car break-ins - pool has been closed more than it has been open due to whatever made the water really ugly. Seems to be alot of people in some apartments - I thought there was a limit to that' Office staff is not responsive - talk the words - but no action. Think twice, ok'

Thanks for writing. You don't seem angry, just letting people know how you feel. They do have a limit on people per apt. This is good information to have!
