Pro:
Management was prompt to send someone to fix my garbage disposal that got knocked loose when my neighbors managed to back up both of the downstairs apartment kitchen sinks while i was at work.
They have been good at responding the few times I have ever needed to have them fix anything.

Con:
Rust in the water pipes is my biggest complaint. You'll have to let the water run for a few seconds to get all the orange out of it.
There are termites in the structure. They have repaired some of it but many of the structural parts have not been replaced.
They have rented a large number of apartments to freshman college age kids who are sure that everyone wants to hear them singing & cussing at each other and partying until late at night (i.e. 1am).
New management (as of 05) has let the quality of tenants slide dramatically.
Rent is too much for what you get.
Traffic from the park & ride is a nightmare in the mornings and in the evening when people are getting off work.
