I would not recommend anyone move here. The building is older, and that wouldn't be much of a problem if they would keep up the grounds or remodel. The manager and leasing agents at the time was unfriendly and unprofessional (especially the manager). The maintenance staff didn't fix things right. I did not like my stay at these apartments. They are money hungry and provide no service or reasonable living space for what you pay for. Upon move out they charged $600.00! They will stick it to you upon move out for bogus repairs and carpet replacement (carpet
was already old upon move in). They want the former tenants to pay for what was wrong with the apartment when you moved in. They are also located in heavy crime area with no security canvassing the grounds. The pool area looked like a swamp, and grounds were not kept up very well. Parking is also a hassle. Not worth paying over $800 in rent. Look elsewhere.
