The outside might look nice but this place is an absolute joke. We had rusty water, a bathtub that would leak into the kitchen, leaky celings (leaked all over my computer and they refused to acknowledge), rodents in our attic and bees nested that were never taken care of, managment that can't speak english and maintence that when they do come to look at anything just walk right into your house without any notice. My cat developed an allergy in the apt. and after SEVERAL complaints they had the nerve to raise our rent to market value which was several hundred dollars. If they put as much time into the apts themselfs like they do on the landscaping it might be ok. Save yourselfs the headache and just keep driving by.
