For anyone that reads the reviews on this site, believe what you are reading, when it comes to the negative reviews, as they come from real people who are real tenants, either current or former. The apartment itself is old and you can tell. I personally cried when I first stepped foot inside, and that was after the contract was signed. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially because the people in the office are impossible to deal with. Not only because they don't comprehend the English language but the staff are completely unprofessional. They lag on everything, they're rude, uneducated, and inconsiderate, the only nice thing about this apartment is the -------- they hire to take care of the grounds. Otherwise, everything else is out of order.
I've read the last 2 supposed "good reviews" I'm sure you'll agree when I say this, it sounds like a total sales pitch from the rental office. It's really pathetic that they have to leave themselves positive reviews. MY advice is to think twice before renting here, nobody should have to come home to unnecessary headaches, especially if you have a family. To the office people that read all these posts, if you want AUTHENTIC good reviews; do your job, stop being so cheap, and ignorant, and start paying attention and respect to the tenants that pay your wages.
