recently they had people come in and check the fire alarms or smoke detectors something to that effect
the 2 men noticed that there were NONE in the apartments
is that not a safety violation' there's no smoke detector in my apartment
what i thought was one was in fact a heat detector what good is that'!
i never saw those men again they just noticed there wasn't anything in the apartment and left

also 2 weeks ago there was a suicidal man running around and the lynnwood swat team had to evacuate people out 2 buildings on this block (yes these apartments) for their own safety
someone dressed all in black happened to knock on my door and i didn't answer
it was really scary and now i've considered moving out of this place due to the unsafeness of the apartment and obviously neighborhood
parking is a nightmare
I can hear my neighbors footsteps and my other neighbors song on repeat i guess the walls are pretty thin
the grounds are not lit up very well its very dark at night around the complex
the only thing that seperates you from a stranger is a cheap door with a cheap wooden frame anyone can kick the door in easily its very unsafe
the apartment is like a freezer during the winter very poor insulation doors dont close properly or shut quietly because they were improperly cut
maintenance man doesnt even speak english i dont think
oh and as i was walking around the apartment complex yesterday i noticed on the other side theres a fence with a nice huge hole cut through it so people can walk straight through to the plaza
a few of the workers (IRONICALLY THE MAINTENANCE MAN) were walking through it so i guess they like the convenience of that being there who knows maybe they even cut the hole themselves
i haven't had the trouble of speaking with the staff but only because i've avoided them at all costs i dont care about what needs to be fixed around here cuz they will probably make the problem worse
overall this apartment is good if you have very low standards or none at all
IT RATES POORLY BASICALLY ON ALL LEVELS

I do not know where any of these people are coming from. These apartment are by far better then anywhere else. We have live here since August 2007, when we needed a 3 bedroom because our son in law is going to Iraq, they bent over backwards for us. The grounds are BEAUTIFUL, and I don't know where these people are parking, but we have never had a problem. The only problem we have had is with the garbage being to full, but the maintence men clean it up everyday.

Where in the world did you live before? this place is a dump and we will leave as soon as we can. This place is unsafe, bad to raise children and it is hazardous to your health. Many tenents even developed breathing problems.
