we have been here 2 years and this complex is truly not worth the rent we pay.
yes they tell us that the rent is competitive with othe rplaces, but has anyone actually compared it yet'
we did.
other places (also great locations) are justfyling their rent prices with clean apartments, newer appliances (not the crap we are having here) safer neighborhoods and water we can drink.
the water is brown and a health hazzard due to old and rosty pipes.what we should do as renters is to collect signatures and report this apartment complex to the authorities.
after talking to lots of neighbors who feel the same way the question was even raised if there is asbestos hidden in the walls for some developed breathing problems.
why does this unsafe place cost so much' management changed but nothing happenes but a few flyers stating how proud they are of this complex. I wonder where they were born.
we moved pay 1100.00 for a 3 bedroom (one room more) now with a fireplace and mostly: we can drink the water.
the neighborhood is safe. we have even a lawyer live here and i can walk to go shopping.
oh yeah, they have 2 gyms in absolut clean condition and more equipment.

This apartment is OK to live. The leasing agents are not very warm and friendly while communicating to the residents but the mangement is quite flexible in some cases. They have good garden with many plants with nice flowers all around the apartment. If it not a very good place, It is not bad either.
