the only thing positive i can say about this place is that its location is good. maybe they feel that makes up for the lack of service. everything in this apartment leaks and or breaks down. and to get it serviced you have to try to find them first. its like a game of phone tag, but it sadly crosses into the real world as well. they dont answer their ph9nes. they dont return messages. and ive even tried going to the office to request a maintainance service and they were nowhere to be found. someone prior to my review said the only good thing was the people they hired to take care of the grounds. i disagree. they have an army of leaf blowers going at 9-10 in the morning on a saturday. i dont know about mos of you people, but i like to sleep in on my weekends. and to make it worse, they have to take their lunch break right next to my open window. this place is a joke. dont even bother.
