The neighborhood suck, always complaining even just playing tv game at 8pm, but I can hear upstair walking around all the time too!! the manager is even horrible. Very unpolite, unrespectful!! The rent is super expensive The only good thing is the location is good!! Dun even think about living here!! x-2PE3sjUIIeetAHoKOk

Sorry that you had to get stuck living there. So did I and I had nothing but headaches. I've never met more unprofessional people in my life. I even called the property manager and he hung up on me! I can't even begin to list all of the problems that I had. A year after moving out they sent me to collections saying that I still owed them money! I got a lawyer. Don't hesitate to do the same and get out of there as soon as you can!

Yes, I must agree that the rent is ridiculously high for what you get. We are living in a non-renovated apartment and yet they tried to raise or rent again. When will this stop? The outside is kept nice now, but does not reflect the lack of communication and the lack of good ambition towards the renters and what they deserve. Our water is brown and nasty, but yet the rent keeps going up? Renters?????? legal rights include withholding rent if repairs aren??????t made. This varies greatly from state to state, but many states have provisions for renters to withhold rent if the landlord doesn??????t make repairs. In some cases, this applies only to money that renters pay out-of-pocket to make repairs that landlords fail to make. In other cases, with significant repairs, renters have a right to withhold a portion of their monthly rent until the landlord makes the repairs. My opinion to ALL renters: Let us collect signatures and present this to our congressman and to the board of Housing authority. We do have rights and yest, we get milked.
